Small Christian Communities are a growing phenomena in the global South, particularly in Africa, where the Catholic population is growing. SCCs gather together ordinary Catholics to read and reflect on scripture, faith, and their communities' needs. In the US as well there are expressions of communities at college campuses, parishes, and organizations around the country. Read more about how they came about, what challenges they face, and where they might take the Church in the future.
