Overview

"A Christian community does not exist for its members only. It exists for the whole world, for the whole of humanity."

'Written by a world-class theologian who prefers to be called simply 'Chito,' this book is a treasure of wisdom and theological depth born of the love of his own family and the faith of his local church.' --Peter Phan, Georgetown University

'A gift from the Philippine Church to all of us waiting in hope.' --Megan McKenna, author, Parables

In these simple, heartfelt reflections, Cardinal Tagle of the Philippines shares how Christian community offers rich possibilities for love, faith, hope, and unity in diversity. Through personal stories and pastoral example, Easter People opens up the path of true Christian community in a world in desperate need: physically and spiritually.
